Description
The Core parameter category is available for the Lightning effect and the Sparkler effect. For more information, see Lightning and Sparkler.
Use of Controls
Core Radius, Width
Sets the radius of the core in pixels.

R, G, B (Color)
Sets the color of the core. Select the color by doing one of the following:
  Directly manipulate the RGB sliders.
  Use the Windows Color dialog box or the Macintosh Color Picker.
  Use the eyedropper.
