Navigating with Home, End, and Arrow Keys
In addition to using the buttons in the application, you can use the following keys on your keyboard to navigate through clips and sequences:

Home key
Move to the beginning of a clip or sequence.
End key
Move to the end of a clip or sequence.
Left Arrow key
Move the footage one frame backward. Pressing and holding the Alt key (Windows) or the Option key (Macintosh) while pressing the Left Arrow key moves 10 frames backward (8 frames in 24páprojects).
Right Arrow key
Move the footage one frame forward. Pressing and holding the Alt key (Windows) or the Option key (Macintosh) while pressing the Right Arrow key moves 10 frames forward (8 frames in 24páprojects).
