Sifting Enhancements
You can choose to display only those enhancements that meet a specific set of criteria. The Custom Sift dialog box provides six levels of criteria.

To perform a custom sift of an enhancements file:

Do one of the following:

Select View > Custom Sift.

Click the Custom Sift button.

Click the Criterion pop-up menu, and select one of the sifting options.

Click the first Text to Find text box, and type the text that you want to
use as a sift criterion.

Click the Column or Range to Search pop-up menu, and select a
column heading to which you want to apply the criterion.

5. | |
Type additional sift criteria, and make additional column selections as
necessary.

Click the Clear button to remove the values from all text boxes.

Do one of the following:

Click Apply to apply the criteria and keep the dialog box open.

Click OK to apply the criteria and close the dialog box.
|
Enhancements that fit the criteria are displayed in the spreadsheet. The Custom Sift icon appears in the lower right corner of the status bar. If no enhancements fit the criteria, a message appears.
To display all enhancements:

Select View > View All.

Click the View All button.

The View All icon appears in the lower right corner of the status bar.
