Set the default zoom level to 200% to make all Web pages appear in double size.
You can set a default background color for pages that do not set one explicitly.
You can fine-tune the visual appearance of links in Web pages and decide the time before visited links are considered unvisited.
Note: You may have to enable "My links style" in Author mode or User mode to make this work.
Opera has two modes for viewing Web pages. "Author mode" lets you see a Web page as its author intended, while "User mode" lets you view the page in your own style.
Each mode contains a set of preferences that you can change. It is most common to change the settings for "User mode", but you can also change the settings for "Author mode".

Switch between the two modes by pressing Ctrl + G or pressing the mode icon on the Address bar.
Tip: You can decide which mode to use as default for new pages.
You can choose whether to show forms and scrollbars in Web pages in classic gray style or have them skinned by Opera.
If you disable frames, only the main (biggest) frame in Web pages will be displayed.
If you disable in-line frames, alternative text will be displayed in place of in-line frames.
To see how Web pages with frames are constructed, enable frame borders. When you view framed pages, the currently active frame will always be outlined.
Tip: Right-click a frame and select for multiple choices.
Click to select and add a personal style sheet. Note that this style sheet will not be listed on the Style menu.
