You may have a problem which is not addressed in this
help file or the addendum helps distributed with the
program. It may have a simple answer, or it may be a bug.
Or, you may have comments on the program. You like it,
you hate it. It’s too big, too small, too easy, too
hard.
Whatever the case, you can reach Tenebril through e-mail. All e-mail is read. And a general effort is made to respond to e-mail in a timely manner, although the vast quantity of mail received necessarily dictates that only a few e-mails provoke a response.
It is further important, because of the large volume of mail that I get regarding StickyNote, that you make some effort to answer your question by reading the documentation provided here. Over 90% of the questions fielded by our technical services have answers contained in this help web alone.
But it is certainly understandable that there are valid questions not addressed here, and we at Tenebril are certainly happy to consider them. Please don’t hesitate to send me e-mail with your questions.
