General troubleshooting information

• The StickyNote installation procedure has an error
  This will occur if you try to overwrite a running copy of StickyNote. Make sure that you exit any copies of StickyNote before you try to install a new one.
• I can’t drag notes around the screen
  To drag a note, you must drag its titlebar. Its titlebar is the area at the top of the note over which the cursor turns into a normal pointer.
• Note custom colors are different from the ones I select
  StickyNote must display its notes as solid colors. This is an important constraint imposed by Windows. Thus, if you are running a 256-color display or less, you will only have a few solid custom colors to choose from. When selecting custom colors, make note of the "Solid color" box- this will accurately reflect the color your note will be. If you wish to have more colors, change your display settings to a greater color depth.
• The titlebar darkness slider doesn’t work
  You are using a display with 256 colors or less. StickyNote cannot choose a solid color close enough to the desired one. Change your display settings to a greater color depth.
• I can’t close one note at a time
  You can close one note at a time from the note’s context menu. Right-click the note to display the menu. Choose "Close."
