Modifying a host in Trusted Zone

Available only in Outpost Firewall Pro. See Benefits of Outpost PRO.

To modify a remote host address in Trusted Zone:

1. Select Options

2. Select Policy

3. Click on the Change button in Trusted Zone field

4. Click on the remote address you wish to modify

5. Modify the remote address

6. Click on Modify button

7. Click OK.

Note

Trusted Zone is used only for home or office networks. Adding a web site to the Trusted Zone does not affect the settings of your plug-ins, which are part of a different system and are independent of the Trusted Zone module. Just because a web site is in the Trusted Zone does not mean that the plug-in settings no longer apply to that web site. For example, an ad that is blocked by the Ad plug-in will still be blocked in a Trusted Zone web site. To not have an ad blocked from a particular web site, you need to change the settings of the Ad plug-in.
