Working at McD, Sweden is a pleasure

I do agree with you - working at McD is a pleasure. We have, as a company, not always been a good employer, but we are getting there. I suppose that the situation in Belgium is similar to that in Sweden(Australia as well?), and that we focus on our people.

One thing that puzzles me, is that in some cases, people tend to see McD as the same all over the world, but when you describe the conditions in Belgium, they reply that " it is not similar to the Uk". Ok fine, but be consistent.
You either see McD as the same all over the world, or you treat each country individually. If you choose the latter solution, then your allegations against McD in Sweden, and most probably Belgium, are false - stop with it!
