McD Crew Person .... Life's Best Experience

I love all of you people obsessed with slandering the best restaurant
company in the world with your lack of initiative. I love McDonald's
because it recoginises the best in the individual person, and is
against what i loathe......Union and Seniority cultures.

I proudly work for McDonald's and am happy to say if you work hard
there is a career for you here. I started in 1995 as a crew person
while I was still in high school for $3.35 per hour. The wage was not
alot, but the life experience was. I worked my way up and in 1997 I
was an hourly manager, not making much at $4.75 per hour, but enough
to pay my tuition and books at the University. The great thing about
McDonald's is that they are Pro-Education, and work around your schedule
and pay towards your tuition if you maintain a "B" grade. After I
was finished with college, I was offered a salaried management position
as a Second Assisiant (not a requirement of college, but an availability
situation) and worked my way up to Restaurant manager in 2 1-2 years.
Currently Today I am an Area Supervisor and am encouraging other young
people to work hard if they want to achieve success. So many people
envy us, and it is mostly because you are too lazy to join us. Mcdonald's
is about hard work and achievement along with learning the responsibility and
job skills that no other company offers today's youth. Our company was the
first to offer health insurance to hourly employees at our corporate
restaurants, and is truly today one of the few PAY FOR PERFORMANCE companies
in the world.
If you are interested in a job (part time) or a career, I suggest you
look up your local McDoanalds Restaurant or E-Mail me at LV GmanFan@aol.com

Thank you and God Bless you
