I really have no clue about how the McD's are in the UK. I've been to a few in Rome and they seemed pretty decent. The employees appeared to be cheerful and the place was very clean, which surprised me because this place was massive compared to other McD's that I've seen. Anyway, my point is that we really don't have anything to complain about here. I tell my co-workers about this site and they are just like, "What the hell?" Nobody has anything to really complain about. Of course they'd all like to be paid more, but who doesn't? I posted "What's wrong with McDonald's" in the crew room and showed it to my managers and they just started laughing because most of it isn't even true. And that which is, is made to sound worse than it really is, e.i. Quarter pounders are 48% water which is true, but it's meat and therefore contains at least that amount. The human body is two thirds water, I'm sure that cows contain close to that amount of water. Perhaps we have more tolerance than some people, or maybe the situation is better over here, I don't know. But the point is that not all McD's employees have something to complain about. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that most people really are happy with their job. They just aren't represented here. So please, keep in mind all of the happy employees of McD's resturants throughout the world that don't even know this debating room exists. Because they would defend their possition if they could. Cara
