It was just a comment by one judge, it hasn't been proven. You only get paid what your worth. Get your facts striaight before making sweeping statements.
This was purely a libel case and summing up commentry cannot be used as firewood! If any employer is prosecuted for paying below the award wages here in Australia there is a special court for that called the Industrial Relations Commission or Industrial Relations Court of Australia
