> of their employment. What kind of society do you think we are living in? A feudal one? We are not serfs and the employers are not our masters (although McD's management style assumes master/slave relationship!) Furthermore, work is not a privilage. We are living in a capitalist society where labour is a commodity that workers sell to the employer in return for a wage. Nowhere in the workers' contract it is mentioned that we have to be greatful to out employers as well as making profits for them. We are not living in a Dickensian environment you know.
This is exactly what McD and its managers don't understand. Treat your workers like serfs and you will get a high ternover of staff as it happens at McD.
And don't fool yourself into believing you are anything special to your employer at McD. Their insatiable appetite for profit dictates to them a strict "hire & fire" policy that is indiscriminate. Hire when store is busy and fire when business is slack. That's why the crew at McD are called "flexible" workforce.

Almost all of the ingredients you mentioned above are either high in fat or salt or sugar. But I must admit I don't remember precise figures. However I have a question for you as a McD manager. Could you tell us the precise fat content of a regular and quarterppounder patties? The salt and fat content of cheese? The sugar and salt content of ketcup and mustard and the fat content of Bigmac sauce? I am very interested to know but cant find the info. anywhare.
