Protein binders added. Have you ever tried to make a beef patty with ONLY minced beef? It doesn't stick together very well does it. It falls apart in the fry pan unless you mix in a bit of egg-yolk which acts as a binder. And just how do they get those "all beef patties" so flat and with such perfect edges. Additives which we are told nothing about.

White bun to be precise. Alot of starch and sugar. Nothing else really. Just empty filling.

Preservatives such as acetic acid. Plenty of sugar again.

As above. Did you know that fat is not the causative problem in heart disease. It is actually the oxidation of fat which makes it go rancid in our arteries that creates the problem. Less oxidizing agents, more anti-oxidants in our diets please.
