Managers: What do you do to prevent

I don't know if the posting I read quite a ways down is true or not, but it does give cause for concern if it is. The posting is an employee bragging about him and one of his co-workers urinating in the pickle jar and defecating in the chili. I thought food only got "spiked" if an employee got mad at a customer for being "obnoxious". It appears those two bozos did it for no reason (Employees, there is no excuse for this practice...PERIOD!!!). To all managers who visit this site, your comments please. And don't say it's up to us.
