Sounds to me like if you examine your problem, it is that of an INDIVIDUAL treating people poorly and not some grand scheme by McD's corporate to make employees in your neck of the woods miserable. Put the blame where it belongs. There will always be individuals, no matter where you go in life, who are going to make life hard for you. I hope this doesn't cause you to badmouth every company you work for.
