Tell us, please do, just _where_ you think we should get the REAL facts from?

Hey where did you get this so called 'fact' from? As I understand it the two people being sued didn't even write the leaflet. And it's pretty plain from everything on this site that the campaign against the company is over the way it treats its workers, animals, the environment and the way it pushes junk food on people, and not because the company is 'successful'. Although obviously if some people are 'successfully' making money from exploiting others then its only natural that people should want to oppose that oppression.

How would you know what the defendants motives are - have you ever spoken to them? If you haven't then I don't see how you can contradict what's on this site (since it seems like McSpotlight has at least spoken to them) and claim they're just doing it because the company is successful.

Now where in the leaflet does it say McDonald's causes cancer? It just points out that the company sells junk food which contains a lot of fat and not much fibre, and that a high fat/low fibre diet is linked to heart disease and cancer. That's only much the same as health authorities around the world are saying. So where did you get your 'facts' from on this one?

> Please do not forget that Mcds did not pick this fight.

Pardon?????? Who was it who served writs as part of a long running campaign to intimidate anybody who criticised it?

> They are simply defending themselves against a stream of obvious lies.

Please tell us more, you've listed one thing that you consider to be untrue, and you've got your facts wrong on that. I'd love to hear what else comprises this stream in your mind.
