terms of employee satisfaction, it is important to remember
that corporate stores have much poorer working conditions
than independantly owned stores.My store which has an owner, does not have half the problems
that I have read about from other employees. The restaurant
manager is in constant contact with the employees regarding
working conditins and gerneral concerns.I think if you have a problem with the conditions,
do some research first just to see how it compares to other
stores and restaurants. You never know, you may have it good.
