When it comes to healthy food, the main thing is to have a balanced diet. If you eat beans 5 times a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, you will probably have a problem with your diet - not to mention beeing around in public!
If you only eat Big macs, fries and cokes 5 times a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, that is not good for you either. Keep a balance!
I have never been in a B&R, but I would presume that eating icecream all the time is not that good for you either? Or are you suggesting that ice cream is healthy?
