The full version of Maximizer makes putting together meetings a snap. You can schedule meetings for other users sharing the same Address Book over a LAN or WAN, check to see when they are free, and set reminder alarms for them.

They can respond and tell you whether they are coming (tentatively or for sure), and you're all reminded when meeting times arrive. You can even schedule recurring appointments -- such as a weekly sales meeting or an annual retreat -- and later postpone or cancel individual appointments in the series if you want.

The Peg Board shows you whether people are in or out, and where they are scheduled to be, so you always know who's in the office.
