  2. ¶3    DEFECTIVE ORIGINAL SOFTWARE

  4. ¶1I  have some reports about people, who
  5. have  buyed  original  software, which
  6. was   infected   by   viruses  or  had
  7. read/write  errors.   Most people, who
  8. come  and  claim  about  the defective
  9. software   is   refused,  without  any
  10. examination in the computer shop.
  11.  
  12. ¶2The shop assistent mostly refuse to do
  13. anything  and  is  saying, if you have
  14. unpacked   the  sealed  software  box,
  15. there  is  no guarantee at all.  Don't
  16. be  confused,  but  demand  to  get an
  17. other  one,  if  not  demand  the shop
  18. assistent  to test the software in the
  19. shop.   You  have the full right for a
  20. new one!

  22. ¶1It  is  not exceptional, that original
  23. software  is  defective.  I personally
  24. guess,  that  up  to  3 % is defective
  25. specially,  if the software is made by
  26. the english software houses.

  28. ¶2There   are   several   romurs   about
  29. original  sealed  software,  which  is
  30. sold  containing viruses.  I by myself
  31. have   a   unpacked   sealed  software
  32. containing a new Bytebandit clone.
