  6. "There are several theories about the Strategic Defense Initiative.  The
  7. most common understanding about the program is the one that the government
  8. is disseminating, and that is that the SDI program involves a defense
  9. against the Soviet Union.  Now,
  10. with the allegations that are set forth in the book Alternative Three and
  11. the other information that is circulating, it might appear that this is a
  12. ruse.  It is common knowledge that the two governments cooperate quite well
  13. at higher levels and that
  14. the differences that caused international tension are for political
  15. purposes that involve the tendency to dominate the individual populations.
  16.    Another theory on SDI is that the government made a deal with specific
  17. Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (EBE's).  The specifics of this deal
  18. were that the aliens could continue with their abductions and mutilations
  19. (as if they could be stopped)
  20. in trade for letting them maintain bases here on earth.  Technology
  21. involving gravitational propulsion, mind control, and beam weaponry were
  22. traded.  The aliens allegedly convinced the government that the blond
  23. aliens due to arrive in 1992 were a t
  24. hreat to the planet and that a joint planetary defense initiative should be
  25. established.  Soon after this theory got around, Reagan continued to make
  26. veiled remarks about threats from space.  This is just a rough synopsis of
  27. the ideas that have been
  28. circulationg.  Specific details and a more accurate assessment of this
  29. scenario exist in terms of a statement made by John Lear in March 1988.

  32.    The latest scenario in regard to S.D.I. has to do with the species
  33. loosely known as the Pleidesians (Pleiadians?)  According to this latest
  34. scenario, the Pleidesians want control over Earth.  The S.D.I. network is
  35. intended to control those individ
  36. uals that have been implanted with biological control and monitoring
  37. devices.  It is quite apparent that millions of people have been abducted
  38. and implanted with these devices.  Nuf said.
  39.    At any rate, S.D.I. seems to be more than it appears, and soon we will
  40. no doubt have a handle on what it really is ...
  41.    Keep an eye out for entities that are short, pale and have a bulbous
  42. cranium and large luminous eyes.  The peace they propose is the peace of
  43. mental domination."
