- A lot of the editorial staff of Lunchtime
- (myself included) have worried that the
- Biosphere menu was getting a little too
- left-wing as the articles accumulated and it
- has been said that too much anti-government
- stuff could be bad for our image. After
- allÿ there may be some Tory voters out there
- amongst our readership. Though god-knows
- what possesses them to vote Conservative.
- But enough! Desist I say! I've been
- asked to write something a little more
- pro-governmentÿ since Biosphere in previous
- publications has slammed the Maggie-clownsÿ
- sorry - clonesÿ something rotten. So I
- would just like to say that all of the above
- was only meant in funÿ and I feel sure the
- tories can take a joke - I saw the
- leadership election.
- Biosphere is in no way party political
- and none of the articles within it should be
- dismissed out of hand if they seem to be.
- Yesÿ I do slam the tories over what they are
- doing to the environmentÿ but rest assured
- that the Labour partyÿ SLDÿ or anyone else
- would get the same treatment if they acted
- similarly.
-
- Rightÿ now we've got that out of the wayÿ
- you can get on and read the rest of the
- articles with an open mind. Just remember
- that Biosphere isn't about politicsÿ it's
- about saving the planet. Thankyou.
-
- P.S. Vote for the Green Party at the next
- General Election!
