  2. Dear Readerÿ
  3.             Today is the 6th January 1991.  
  4. It is 6:40 am and I am awake.  Whyÿ this isÿ 
  5. I don't know.  Just plain old restlessness I 
  6. suppose.  Having nothing better to do with 
  7. myself this morningÿ I decide to write thisÿ 
  8. the final article for the first Computer 
  9. Lunchtime.  This computerzine is the first 
  10. of it's kind that I have seen.  There have 
  11. been computer magazines beforeÿ agreedÿ but 
  12. usually these consist of nothing more than 
  13. games reviews and all things computery.  
  14. This zine is dedicated to creative writing.  
  15. Thatÿ I hopeÿ makes it worth the pennies.  
  16. It is the sixth production of Lunchtime 
  17. publishing and I can't but help getting a 
  18. slight feeling of deja vu.  This is probably 
  19. due to the fact that quite a lot of these 
  20. articles were written some time ago for the 
  21. now defunct Lunchtime fanzine.  When we 
  22. realised just how hard it was to break into 
  23. the fanzine market we had a rethink.  I had 
  24. always wanted to bring out something like 
  25. thisÿ and thanks to the Commodore Amiga and 
  26. the PD distributorsÿ I find that it is 
  27. possible at last.
  28.    That doesn't mean to say we will be doing 
  29. nothing but reprints.  Computer Lunchtime #2 
  30. will have almost all new stuff in it.  Look 
  31. out for that in July.  I would like to take 
  32. this opportunity to thank Paul Golds for his 
  33. help in production.  This zine would also 
  34. not be here were it not for Graham Charters 
  35. and Andrew Bennettÿ whose hard graft and 
  36. support helped turn this from a pipe dream 
  37. into a reality.
  38.    Also I have to thank Philÿ who took some 
  39. time out to write an article for us even 
  40. though he is very busy with the Asbestosis 
  41. fanzine.
  42.    Last but not least I must thank youÿ the 
  43. readerÿ without whom etc...
  44.  
  45. And thatÿ as they say in philosophical 
  46. circlesÿ is that.
