- Game Developers Magazine
- Created by Phil Inch
-
-
- What is it?
-
- This computer-based "magazine" is aimed at anyone with any interest
- at all in developing games, animation, music, or in fact any form of
- entertainment software for IBM and compatible computers.
-
- This magazine can be run from floppy disk, space permitting, or from
- your hard disk. It can exist in any directory, however as this is a
- monthly publication, keeping each issue in a seperate directory is
- highly recommended.
-
- If installing on a hard disk, the following directory structure is
- suggested:
-
- \MAGAZINE - base level directory, empty for now
- \00000001 - issue 1 files
- \00000002 - issue 2 files
- .. etc ..
-
- To view the magazine, change to the drive and/or directory in which
- you have installed the files, and execute the batch file 'RUNME'.
-
-
- Hardware Requirements:
-
- This magazine should execute faultlessly on just about any machine in
- existence. Please let me know if you have any problems. Programs
- bundled with the magazine may have specific hardware requirements
- and these will be mentioned within the magazine and/or documentation
- contained in those programs.
-
-
- Distribution Information:
-
- This product is public domain, meaning you can distribute the files
- as much as you like. Software "bundled" with the magazine may not be
- public domain and you are advised to check the documentation which
- comes with this software.
-
- Shareware distributors are allowed to charge for this magazine, but
- only an amount which reasonably covers the costs of duplication.
- No charge should be made for the magazine itself. Bulletin boards
- are encouraged to offer this magazine for public download.
