  6. `'95 has  arrived, and  with it,  our second  Cheet Sheets Reader's
  7. `Questionnaire.   This questionnaire covers an even broader variety
  8. `of questions  than our  first, and  is even  quicker and easier to
  9. `answer.   The questionnaire  will give us your valuble opinions on
  10. `the magazine,  help us  increase our  readership, and  also  learn
  11. `about our  readers' hardware  specifications so  we can  tune  the
  12. `magazine to run at its best on your PC.
  13.  
  14. `For those  of you who returned our first questionnaire, thanks for
  15. `your time.   There  is a  full run-down of the results in the "'94
  16. `Questionnaire Results"   section  of this  issue of  Cheet Sheets.
  17. `This article  also contains  details about  our three winners from
  18. `that questionnaire...

  20. `Because of  the poor  response to our first questionnaire, we must
  21. `INSIST that  you enclose a filled-out questionnaire with any Cheet
  22. `Sheets orders,  whether it  be for  single issues of the magazine,
  23. `subscriptions, the  Cheet Sheets  CD, or  for any one of the other
  24. `disks sold  by Cheet  Sheets.  A printed copy of the questionnaire
  25. `will also  be enclosed  with any  mail sent from the author to the
  26. `readers   (excluding orders),  and WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO COMPLETE
  27. `THESE AND RETURN THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

  29. `The questionnaire  is included  in THIS ISSUE OF THE MAGAZINE, and
  30. `it is  quick and  easy to  make a  printed copy  of it in seconds.
  31. `When you  have finished  reading this document, all you need to do
  32. `is click  on the  'Go Back'  icon below,  then select and view the
  33. `document called  'Questionnaire' in  this issue.  Then it's just a
  34. `matter of  turning your  printer  on-line,  and  clicking  on  the
  35. `'Print' icon below.

  37. `It will  take only  a few  minutes to  fill in, and a few pence to
