  6. You need a way bigger zone than 4x4.  You also need to make sure 
  7. there's no tall buildings near it.

  11. You need at least 6x4 blocks (tiles) of which all must be covered 
  12. with power lines. Once some buildings have been built then demolish
  13. the remaining power lines else the builder won't build !  Stick some 
  14. roads to commercial buildings for extra profit !
