  7. possibility  of  EBE base areas in the
  8. Nevada  area.   Observations from many
  9. individuals,  some  of  whom have been
  10. threatened  by  various  parties, have
  11. led them to the following conclusions:

  14.    100-mile  radius  of  the Las Vegas
  15.    area   that  are  EBE  operated  or

  20.    been  constructed  by  or  with the
  21.    assistance of the EBEs.

  81.    active,  and as of June 1988, disks
  82.    have   been  seen  during  daylight
  83.    hours.
