  7. Confused  by  the  complex  control  methods of this magazine?  NO?  Well, read
  8. these  instructions  anyway.   (Especially, seeing as I could be arsed to write
  9. them!):

  12.    ICON BAR:

  14.    See that bar-shaped thing at the bottom of the screen with lots of
  15.    icon-type things on it? That's you...err..that's the icon bar.

  17. @3       INDEX           -@1 Clicking this will return you to the index pages 
  18.                          after reading an article.
  19.  
  20. @3       MUZIK ON/OFF    -@1 Unless you're deaf this is pretty self-explanatory.

  22. @3       FIRST PAGE      -@1 Moves you to the first page of an article or the
  23.                          index.
  24.  
  25. @3       LAST PAGE       -@1 Moves you to the last page of an article or the
  26.                          index.
  27.  
  28. @3       GO TO PAGE      -@1 Allows you to move to a specific page of an
  29.                          article/index by typing page number followed by
  30.                          Return.

  32. @3       EXIT            -@1 A double-click on this will banish Beyond Sanit-E
  33.                          from your screen forever.

  35. @3       ARROWS          -@1 The up and down arrows will take up to the first
  36.                          and last pages of an article/index respectively.
  37.                          The left and right arrows will take you to the
  38.                          previous or next pages of an article/index.

  43.     Here are some shortcut keys for the rat-haters.

  45. @3       ESC             -@1 Return to index from article.

  47. @3       SHIFT + ESC     -@1 Quit program.

  49. @3       SPACE BAR       -@1 Go to a specific page of article/index.

  51. @3       S               -@1 Toggle muzik on or off.
  52.  
  53. @3       CURSOR KEYS     -@1 Perform same functions as the arrow icons.
