  6.    I've been trading now for over six years.During this time I had contacts
  7. in the four corners of the world.My point is,that I've noticed a set down
  8. pattern that vertually all swappers fall into.So thats what I'm going to
  9. write about.Basically they all fall into catagories...

  12.    (i)   The Lamer.

  14.       Right,most of you know about these guys.You place an advert in a zine
  15. and you get a package from a guy claiming to have the "hottest stuff".So you
  16. open the package and stick in the discs.What you usually find is some
  17. ancient game that was out months ago or the worst virus infectted disc
  18. you've ever got.Take this for example...I once got a letter from a lamer who
  19. wrote,"only the hottest stuff ! Send NOW to Highlander PLK....".Well he
  20. sounds all right,but lets look at the discs."Lemmings",a good game but its
  21. the untrainded version that was cracked four and a half months ago."budbrain
  22. II",a nice demo from last year though !! My conclusion..a typical lamer.

  24.    (ii)  The Speed Swapper.

  26.       This is the sort of guy who write "0-1.5 day old stuff,elite only !"
  27. Well he certainly lives up to his name.His stuff is usually downloaded and
  28. when you receive it,it is eally very new ! Now you've got some really great
  29. stuff from him,but you're in a bit of a fix.What are you going to send him ?
  30. Your stuff is new but not that new ! You're fucked ! So you send him back
  31. some stuff,(mainly demos) and he hates demos so he tells you to "Fuck Off".

  33.    (iii) The Normal Swapper.

  35.       This breed of swapper is without a doubt the best.A guy who has most
  36. of the recent releases and a good backlist.He usually returns a package a
  37. day or two after he receives it.This guy knows what a "letter" is,and is not
  38. scared to write a long one.A real friend who phones,doesn't boast and
  39. generally is friendly.These are the guys that real swapping is made up of.
