  12.      The programmer can create one printable file per language.  These files
  13.      must be kept in a special directory /lib/cftime. If this directory does
  14.      not exist, the programmer should create it.  The contents of these files
  15.      are:

  17.      +o abbreviated month names ( in order )
  18.  
  19.      +o month names ( in order )
  20.  
  21.      +o abbreviated weekday names ( in order )
  22.  
  23.      +o weekday names ( in order )
  24.  
  25.      +o default strings that specify formats for local time (%%%%xxxx) and
  26.                local date (%%%%XXXX).

  28.      +o default format for cftime, if the argument for cftime is zero or null.

  30.      +o AM (ante meridian) string

  34.      Each string is on a line by itself. All white space is significant.  The
  35.      order of the strings in the above list is the same order in which the
  36.      strings appear in the file shown below.
