  26.           the DialogShell.  A PromptDialog prompts the user for text
  27.           input.  It includes a message, a text input region, and
  28.           three managed buttons.  The default button labels are _O_K,
  29.           CCCCaaaannnncccceeeellll, and HHHHeeeellllpppp.  An additional button, with AAAAppppppppllllyyyy as the
  30.           default label, is created unmanaged; it may be explicitly
  31.           managed if needed. One additional WWWWoooorrrrkkkkAAAArrrreeeeaaaa child may be
  32.           added to the SelectionBox after creation.
