  75.                     This chapter provides supplemental information
  76.                     to the _I_R_I_S _S_o_f_t_w_a_r_e _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e.  The
  77.                     information in this chapter is specific to the
  78.                     FORTRAN 77 compiler; use it with the
  79.                     installation guide to install this product.

  81.                     You can use the inst command from IRIX to
  82.                     install all of the subsystems for FORTRAN 77.
  83.                     You do not need to use the miniroot.

  85.                     If you are installing this option for the first
  86.                     time, to install the subsystems marked default,
  87.                     use the go menu item.  To install a different
  88.                     set of subsystems, use the following commands in
  89.                     inst to customize the list of subsystems to be
  90.                     installed:

  209.                     sections.  The MIPSpro 7.3 Compiler Execution
  210.                     Environment for IRIX 6.5._x CD (also known as the
  211.                     Compiler EOE CD) and the IRIX Development
  212.                     Foundation (IDF) CDs must be installed first.
