A call to _ssss_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh ``binds'' or ``rewinds'' _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH. _ssss_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh must
be called before the first call to _gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh and may be called at any
other time. It returns a handle that is used by _gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh. _ssss_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh
will fail if the _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg database is not present. If _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH is unset,
_ssss_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh returns the number of ``visible'' networks in the _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg
file. The set of visible networks constitutes a default _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH.
When first called, _gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh returns a pointer to the _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg database
entry corresponding to the first valid _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH component. The _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg
entry is formatted as a netconfig structure. On each subsequent call,
_gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh returns a pointer to the _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg entry that corresponds to
the next valid _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH component. _gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh can thus be used to search
the _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg database for all networks included in the _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH variable.
When _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH has been exhausted, _gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh returns _NNNN_UUUU_LLLL_LLLL.
_gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh silently ignores invalid _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH components. A _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH
component is invalid if there is no corresponding entry in the _nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg
database.
If the _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH variable is unset, _gggg_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh behaves as if _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH were
set to the sequence of ``default'' or ``visible'' networks in the
_nnnn_eeee_tttt_cccc_oooo_nnnn_ffff_iiii_gggg database, in the order in which they are listed.
_eeee_nnnn_dddd_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh may be called to ``unbind'' _NNNN_EEEE_TTTT_PPPP_AAAA_TTTT_HHHH when processing is
complete, releasing resources for reuse. Programmer's should be aware,
however, that _eeee_nnnn_dddd_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh frees all memory allocated by _ssss_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh.
_eeee_nnnn_dddd_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh returns _0000 on success and _----_1111 on failure (for example, if
_ssss_eeee_tttt_nnnn_eeee_tttt_pppp_aaaa_tttt_hhhh was not called previously).
