  15.      _c_l__i_n_i_t is the _i_n_i_t(1M) program in diskless share tree.  When client
  16.      workstation installs its software using the PROM menu, the workstation
  17.      uses the share tree as the root and process 1 runs _c_l__i_n_i_t instead of the
  18.      regular /_e_t_c/_i_n_i_t.

  20.      _c_l__i_n_i_t prompts the user with the following questions:

  22.           Do you want to use server _X_X_X _f_o_r _s_o_f_t_w_a_r_e _i_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n (_y/_n) ?

  24.      _X_X_X is the default server name used in the ttttaaaappppeeeeddddeeeevvvviiiicccceeee or bbbboooooooottttffffiiiilllleeee PROM
  25.      variables.  When doing installation, this default is the name of the
  26.      server that contains the share tree.  If the client tree will be
  27.      installed on a different server, user should answer nnnn here.

  31.      Enter the correct server name for client tree.  _c_l__i_n_i_t checks the server
  32.      name with the /_e_t_c/_h_o_s_t_s file in the share tree.  If the server name is
  33.      not in this host file, _c_l__i_n_i_t re-prompts the user for appropriate
  34.      action.

  38.      _X_X_X is the server name, and _Y_Y_Y is the hostname that is set in the PROM
  39.      variable hhhhoooossssttttnnnnaaaammmmeeee or translated from nnnneeeettttaaaaddddddddrrrr using _b_o_o_t_p_a_r_a_m_d(1M)
  40.      service.

  44.      If the _a_u_t_o_i_n_s_t login entry at server machine requires a password, the
  45.      user should type in the password at this prompt.  Once the password is
  46.      accepted, the _i_n_s_t(1M) menu appears on the screen.
