  10.        The following are the most significant changes that have
  11.        been made between version 1.0 and 1.3 inst_dev.

  13.           +o Moved the tabs from the top to the bottom of the
  14.             window, to align with instituted VkTabPanel orientation
  15.             (tabs point down, no ViewKit support for up
  16.             orientation).  This makes the app look more uniform
  17.             with other SGI apps. Removed pixmaps from tabs to
  18.             relinquish vertical real estate, and eliminate the need
  19.             for a custom schemes file.

  21.           +o Simplified the Permissions and Destinations and Build
  22.             Product views, by eliminating the Destination Tree Root
  23.             textfield.

  25.           +o Conformed to new meaing of "miniroot" subsystem flag,
  26.             by changing the label to indicate "Reboot required
  27.             after installation" .
