  1. Basically, my friend just got Beta 1 of E/DOS (Licensed) and I was setting
  2. it up for him.  He has a Gateway Pentium 90 with an STB Trio 64 (I think).
  3. Its an S3 VGA (SVGA) BIOS.  Anyway, when run through Windows 3.1, some
  4. rather interesting things happen.  It displays the splash screen, and then
  5. when it would normally draw the Executor interface, it puts lines flashing
  6. accross the screen.  It never materializes into anything, and the only way
  7. to breka out is to turn the power to the computer off.  CTRL+ALT+DEL
  8. doesn't work.

  10. There is NO VESA 2 support installed.  Also, Executor only sees 2.5 meg of
  11. DPMI memory.  THey have 8 megs of RAM.
