- But if you are annoyed that other users are changing your system folder,
- you can make copies of some of the files to your home directory. I have
- some files copied (the System Folder in particular) and some are links.
- If you install a new app, you have to add it appropriately. However,
- you must be very careful to copy only what will change. You also need to set
- some dwrites. My husband wrote a shell script to set this up. It appears
- to work for us with NEXTSTEP and Executor. If you want to try it at your
- own risk, send me email. If you are the only person using your machine,
- do what Cliff suggests above. It's far easier.

- p.s. I just installed ClarisWorks 4.0 enough to get it going under
- system 7 faking. It seems to work. I have Executor 1.99q and NS 3.2
- on NeXT and Intel.
