- I just got done watching the tape I made of it, and couldn't help
- noticing how weird it was that Steve Jobs had at least as much
- air time as anyone else, an out-of-focus black icon on screen for
- something like 12 full minutes, and a detailed description of how
- he came to be eased out of Apple...yet the word NeXT was not
- mentioned even once. Now, admittedly, a company that spent a
- quarter of a billion dollars before it sold its 100,000th machine
- is at best a footnote to the history of computing (even if they
- are profitable now), but Steve did find time to mention object
- orientation, and even Pixar got a quick plug at the end.

- in peripheral view but somehow never coming into focus.
