  1. I thought the same thing, UNTIL I upgraded by Win95 drivers.
  2. The win95 driver for the Triton chipset doesnt do bus-mastering.
  3. I upgraded my Triton drivers for win95, but the readme says not to load
  4. the cd-rom driver. And sure enough, if you load mscdex, the triton
  5. driver
  6. freezes up win95. This is not a problem for me, since my system boots to
  7. the command prompt anyway, but for others, its a new one...
