  8. "refresh" is a special, slower graphics compatibility mode for
  9. programs that bypass Quickdraw.  Typically you would only use it for
  10. certain games where the screen appears to not be getting updated
  11. properly.  Executor has an "auto-refresh" mode that will almost always
  12. detect when you need refresh mode and turn it on for you.
