- It is the same problem for me: I have a P133 16meg and Matrox MGA Millenium
- w/2mb WRAM. I have tried several command lines switches without any success
- :-((
-
- To make a long story short here is my results:
-
- 1024*768=works fine in MS-DOS in 16 or 256 colors
- works in WFW randomly about 1% of all tests (mouse problems..)
-
- 800*600=never works in MSDOS:crash the system
- works 1 time only !!
-
- 640*480=works fine in MS-DOS in 16 or 256 colors
- works sometimes in WFW ****
-
- ****here there is two problems: When executor is launched, the program check the
- hard drive. This process is successful in MS-DOS but not in Windows. I suspect
- the ontrack manager driver (wich allows WFW to work in 32 bit mode (because the
- hard drive used is not "Western Digital compatible" : quantum fireball)) to
- cause many problems... This is the first problem. Am I wrong??
-
-
- The second problem is that you cannot switch between executor and Windows and
- back to executor again without video problems, but this one has not been solved
- for anybody??
-
- Another point I want to mention is: when executor is launched properly under
- WFW, and if you have shared directory on another computer (using NetBUI), you
- can see on the hot band networked drives? I was thinking that executor does not
- support network? May I miss something? Maybe Cliff or Matt could explain this
- thing ??
-
- Excuse my confuse english...
