- 6800 Mac Plus today without any change in hardware. A hard disk and enough

- But Copland is a different story. It is being specifically designed to get
- the most from the PowerPC macs. My understanding is that System 7 will
- continue to be tweaked for 680x0 machines, but System 8 (Copland), System
- 9 (Gershwin) etc. will only run on the RISC machines. I don't know what
- emulation can do with this--it would have to emulate an entirely different
- processor.
