  7. No, just some of them.  cwsdpmi.exe (the default DPMI server for
  8. Executor/DOS under plain DOS) never moves around linear page table
  9. entries, so it won't be affected by this problem.  Of course,
  10. cwsdpmi.exe supports the DPMI 1.0 memory mapping extensions anyway,
  11. making -dangerousvideospeedup pointless.
