- OK, here's the problem: you need a utiliti called "AOMAC2PC.EXE" that
- converts Mac downloads so you can use them on a PC. you can et it
- from america online itself, I think. (do a earch on that filename)
- Then you'll have to run something like BinHex5 or StuffIt lite's
- "MacBinary" translator to extract the resulting file's Finder info and
- properly split it's resource and data forks.

- I believe that AOL, when transfering Mac files, uses it's own special
- encoding scheme instead of the standard MacBinary format. Ergo, the
- files don't work right for non-Mac people wthout being mangled first.
