  1. E/D 1.99q12 is, overall, the best build of Executor ever!
  2. BUT.....
  3. I can't access Mac CD's under Win95.  DOS drive E: (my CD-ROM) shows up OK but 
  4. when I either have Mac CD in the drive at startup or check for one later, 
  5. Executor won't mount it.  In previous builds, E/D would remount a DOS/WIN95 CD 
  6. thereby causing Win95 to AutoPlay it (I have AutoPlay Extender loaded) and go 
  7. back to Win95, but would not open a Mac CD.  Now, E/D doesn't even look for a 
  8. disk in the CD-ROM drive (the light doesn't come on).
  9. It might have something to do with Win95's use of virtual (32-bit) drivers for 
  10. the CD-ROM (I have *NO* 16-drivers).
  11. Have used "-macdrives e" and "-dosdrives e" to no avail.

  13. Mac CD's mount fine under plain DOS.  And yes it is a little faster and has a 
  14. little more memory under DOS, but i hate waiting 4 minutes to unload then 
  15. reload the GUI to run DOS mode.

  17. I know ARDI has it's hand full trying to get beta0 out the door, but I believe 
  18. that this bug is significant enough to warrent a fix.

  20. In other news.....
  21. The Lemmings "Fade/Flash thing" has been fixed but now i get artifacts when 
  22. scrolling in More Lemmings Demo and Stuff-it crashed when the screen would not 
  23. redraw correctly when it started (no trace info; it just kicked out to DOS), 
  24. but I haven't been able to create that.  However, Stuff-it sometimes leaves 
  25. screen artifacts from Browser when it starts or when selecting a menu.
