  9. That happens to us, too.  It looks like Windows doesn't know how to
  10. save/restore some SVGA video state (but it can handle plain VGA OK).
  11. I spent a day trying to figure out how Executor could notice Windows
  12. hotkeying back and forth, but failed.

  14. I have, however, extended alt-shift-7 to not only repaint the screen
  15. but also to reset the video mode.  So that may be an acceptable
  16. workaround.  Suboptimal, but it should get the job done.
