- That happens to us, too. It looks like Windows doesn't know how to
- save/restore some SVGA video state (but it can handle plain VGA OK).
- I spent a day trying to figure out how Executor could notice Windows
- hotkeying back and forth, but failed.

- I have, however, extended alt-shift-7 to not only repaint the screen
- but also to reset the video mode. So that may be an acceptable
- workaround. Suboptimal, but it should get the job done.
