  19. Yes, it will be very fast.  To do this you need not only VBE 2.0's
  20. linear frame buffer, but also you must run Executor under plain DOS
  21. using cwsdpmi.exe.  Windows and Warp don't implement the DPMI 1.0
  22. standard which we need to access video hardware more directly.
