  11. That means that you have a 1-CPU license, which is the normal thing.
  12. With such a license, Executor will not run if there's already another
  13. copy running on the same CPU (one user at a time is allowed).  This
  14. doesn't matter much under DOS, but it can matter under Linux or
  15. NEXTSTEP.
