  10. You may be entering a serial number and key for the wrong platform
  11. (e.g. a DOS key on a Linux system, etc.)

  13. What OS are you running Executor on?  What's your serial #?  Please
  14. email your serial # directly to me, don't post it to the list.  I
  15. don't need your registration key, just the serial #.
