  10. 1) Be sure to start Executor from a full-screen MSDOS prompt.  The
  11.    fact that it switches to full screen once it starts isn't good enough.

  13. 2) There appears to be some problem using SVGA video modes on a bunch
  14.    of WinNT systems...but not ours :-(.  I've added a "-vga" switch in
  15.    house that will only use standard VGA modes.  For now the closest
  16.    you can come to that is "executor -bpp 1"; 640x480x1bpp will use
  17.    a plain VGA mode.  That's worked for one NT user.
